The spinning logo means that the video is loading. If you have a poor connection, the logo may spin longer. If it continues to spin too long; click on the spinning logo. You'll notice there is now a play button. Click the play button and video will start.
There could be serveral reasons why this is happening. Here are some of the reasons:
1. If you are using a Firefox browser, our video player is not compatible with Firefox. You can use Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari.
2. Make sure you are connected to the internet.
3. Make sure your browser is not blocking our video from streaming.
Make sure that your browser is set at "Actual Size". You can do this on your "View" menu. If you set it to "Actual Size" your video should correct. You may also need to expand your browser to allow all the video to be seen.
This button requires your browser to allow pop ups. When you click on the "Watch & Do Other Things" another window pops up with a smaller video player. If your browser blocks pop ups, this new player cannot start. Check your browser settings to allow our site to pop up windows.
Hover your mouse over the video screen which brings up the player's menu bar. On the right side of the menu bar is a 4-arrow icon. Just click on that and your video will play full-screen. If the video only fills the browser's screen; go to the browser's view settings and select 'full screen'. To stop full-screen, press you 'esc' button.
Yes. Hover your mouse over the video screen. That will bring up the menu bar. On the left-side of the menu are arrows pointing left and right. Just click on the right arrow to forward to the next program. You can use this feature just like a TV remote control.
Yes. Hover your mouse over the video screen. That will bring up the menu bar. You will see a status bar showing the timing of the program. Just put your mouse on the status bar. Click and hold down. While holding down on the status bar; move your mouse foward or backward to rewind or fast foward through the program. Another way is to HOVER your mouse over the status bar. You'll see the timing as you hover. Just click when you get to the time you're looking for.
If your player keeps stopping (spinning circle or spinning logo), you may have a poor connection or we may be experiencing a high volume of viewers. One of the things to do is click on the player's pause button and let the video pre-load. Wait about a minute then you can click the play button. That should fix the problem.
Make sure that your computer's sound level is on. Make sure the player's audio is on. Check the player's menu to see if the audio icon is not 'X'd out. If it is, just turn the audio on. If the sound icon is not X'd out, scroll over the sound icon to make sure the level is not too low (or off). You should see a light-grey level bar. If you just see a dark bar; click on the bar and the light-grey bar will show up showing the sound level.
If you want to shrink or make the popup window larger, just drag the bottom right corner of the window and drag it to the size you want.
If the popup window is changing size but the video is staying the same size; that means you need to refresh the your browser. Specifically the popup window. On most browsers you can right-click the popup window and select 'reload' or 'refresh'. That should take care of the problem. If it doesn't, try clearing your computer's cache.
